Talentvisa provides advisory and document-preparation services for the UK Global Talent Visa endorsement and visa stages. We are not a solicitors' practice; formal legal advice is delivered through partner counsel where required.
No reputable adviser can guarantee endorsement or visa outcomes. We will give you our honest read on your odds before you engage us, and we will only proceed with cases we believe have a credible path.
Fees are fixed at engagement and stated on the relevant route page. Government fees (immigration health surcharge, application fee) are payable separately, directly to the Home Office.
You may cancel within 14 days of engagement for a full refund minus work already done. Full cancellation policy detailed in your engagement letter.
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. We carry professional-indemnity insurance; details on request.
